Job Title: Customer Service Support Administrator
Our client is looking to appoint a permanent Customer Service Support Administrator to work for a local manufacturing company based in Leicester.
To help support the office in all administrative tasks. You will be working in a small and friendly environment.
Monday to Thursday 08:00am-17:00pm
Friday 08:00am-16:00 pm.
💸Rate of pay:
Salary - £22,000/PA.
-Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
-Filling and administration.
-Dealing with customer orders and complaints.
-Helping with health and safety documents.
-Meeting and greeting visitors at the reception area.
-Must have a polite and confident telephone manner.
-Be accurate and have good attention to detail.
-Work well within a team environment.
-Have a positive attitude.
