We are currently looking for a hardworking, hands-on candidate to fill the role of a Closing Room Machinist / Fitter for our client’s busy orthopaedic footwear factory based in Brackmills, Northampton.

📍Location:
Northampton.
Brackmills.

🕐Shifts:
-Monday to Thursday 07:45am-16:30pm.
-Friday 07:45am-15:15pm.

📑Job type:
Permanent.

💸Rate of pay:
£10.50-£12.50ph.

💼Duties:
-Fitting uppers together.
-Eye-letting and checking the quality of closing room work.
-Reading from job specifications.
-General housekeeping.

🔎Requirements:
-Good hand/eye coordination required.
-Flexible working approach.
-Experience in this or similar role within footwear manufacture would be an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
