Meet the team!

Wayne Fox - Managing Director.

Wayne has worked within recruitment for over 20 years, in this time Wayne has built Fox Resourcing & Recruitment from a one client business to over 60 customers covering Northamptonshire. The main USP is to continue to offer his clients and his candidates a first class personalised service. Wayne's goal and focus is to continue supplying the Northamptonshire area and building strong relationships with local businesses that will last for years to come.

Wayne is a keen family man and enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and kids. When he does get five minuets to himself he is a keen footballer (Watching and playing) and he also enjoys a good gaming session from time to time.

Duncan Fox - Transport Manager.

Duncan, Wayne’s Dad has worked at Fox for 8/9 years as a transport manager & all-round handy man.

Before working at Fox, Duncan was a brick layer for over 40 years and a football referee for 12 years. Duncan has been married for 45 years, has 6 grandchild and 2 sons with Wayne (MD) being his eldest.

In is spare time he plays Darts for the Corby League and is captain in the Kettering league.

Amanda Nix - Sales Manager.

Amanda celebrates 13 years with Fox this year, she's continually growing and building the companies brand and image. She's worked hard over the past 13 years to help us grow and develop.

Outside of work Amanda loves visiting restaurants (and taking lots of pics) She's big into her fitness and also loves being involved in different classes such as various gym classes and ballet.

Andrea Kane - Kettering Branch Manager.

Andrea joined us back in 2016, she has been with the company for the last 6 years growing our client base in Kettering. She manages our Kettering office and is a true leader.

Outside of work Andrea is a real team player, she helps run and plays in a ladies Netball team she also enjoys the occasional glass of wine.

Lee McManus - Recruitment Resourcer.

Having come from a position where Lee would be the one requesting staff from an agency, working on the opposite side has been a real eye opener for him. His first year has sped by and he is looking forward to many more.

Outside of work Lee enjoys hanging out with his son, playing guitar and playing & watching football.

Georgiana Beatrice Daria - Resourcing Administator.

Georgiana's job role at Fox Resourcing is a Resourcing Administrator. Georgiana has worked with us now for two years; with her main responsibilities involving finding agency staff to fill our clients job roles, answering telephone enquiries and handling the payroll tasks.

Georgiana's hobbies and interests are reading, spending time outdoors and listening to music. 

Jamie Harper - Administration Assistant.

Jamie joined the Fox team back in April as an administration assistant. A great addition to the role as she’s got loads of experience in this field as she has worked as an admin assistant ever since she left school.

Before joining the Fox team, Jamie worked in sales selling properties in Priors Hall, Corby.

She’s got a passion for highland dancing since starting at the age of 4 and teaches highland dancing in her free time. Other hobbies include playing netball once a week in the adults league in Corby. She enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.

Giorgia Macleod - Social Media & Marketing Manager.

Giorgia joined Fox back in May as our social media & marketing manager.

In her spare time Giorgia runs a small online business with her sister selling handmade / custom gifts. This is where she also found her passion for social media & marketing after doing masterclasses & courses in both fields.

Giorgia has a bubbly, out-going personality. Her hobbies & interests include art, being crafty, hiking/long walks and spending time with friends & family.

Aleks Lica - Recruitment Resourcer.

Aleks has recently joined Fox Resourcing. He is fresh out of college and now starting the proper adult life.

Aleks is a very positive and outgoing person, he likes to keep himself busy. He is a people-person & likes nothing more than meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. He can almost always find common ground with strangers, and likes to make people feel comfortable in his presence. 

In Aleks' my spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, taking walks with Tuesday and Marshall, his two adorable dogs, and drawing. Since Aleks was a kid, drawing has been his passion, and is very good at it. He also enjoys baking, cooking, and travelling. 

Aleks is pleased to have the chance to work at Fox Resourcing and is eager to continue growing and learning.
