Wayne Fox launched Fox Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd in April 2007. Wayne lives locally with his wife, his 3 sons and daughter. Wayne’s objective in starting the company was to set new standards in the recruitment industry by combining a small business approach with good customer service with the resources and operating systems of a much larger business. This approach has consistently delivered results that exceed client’s expectations, thereby rapidly establishing Fox Resourcing as a leading consultancy in Northamptonshire, with an excellent reputation.

Fox Resourcing & Recruitment celebrates 15 years this year, with the aim to grow at the same rate over the next ten years. With over 70 customers managed daily we’re always looking to work with our next customer. We currently service in excess of 50 clients across Northamptonshire. This client list is not exhaustive and is made up of companies from different sectors (Industrial, Commercial, Logistics and Technical) across a variety of different industries including: Automotive, Construction, Food, Mail, Packaging, Print, Production, Recycling, Warehousing & Distribution, Administration, Customer Service, Public Sector and Sales & Marketing.
